Wendy’s impressive background includes her tenure as President of the California, Hawaii, and Nevada regions for Compass. In this pivotal role, she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of regional operations, providing exceptional support to Compass agents and employees. Her commitment to nurturing great real estate leaders and supporting agent entrepreneurs has been instrumental in helping them dream big and attain their objectives.
Her journey in the real estate industry is marked by significant milestones. Wendy was the second employee at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate when Realogy (now Anywhere) relaunched the brand in 2007. She then spearheaded the operations at Carrington Real Estate, a national independent brokerage based in California. As the Chief Operating Officer at HomeSmart International, Wendy skillfully managed the operations and expansion of a 16,000-agent network. Before her impressive stint at Compass in 2022, she served as Chief Strategy Officer for Fathom Holdings (Nasdaq: FTHM), where she played a critical role in driving growth across the company’s nearly 10,000-agent brokerage network and its mortgage, title, insurance, and technology divisions.
