What is Revenue Roadmap?

What exactly do you mean by group coaching?
Group coaching is a style of coaching where a large group of Compass agents join each virtual coaching call together. Think of it like signing up for a group fitness class, or attending a lecture with other students.
Who would my coach be for 1:1 coaching?
We have several amazing 1:1 coaches. Upon applying for 1:1 coaching, you will be personally matched with the right coach for you! If you have a coach in mind, you are welcome to let us know as well.
What is the Mastermind Program?
The Million Dollar Mastermind is a highly curated coaching group made of top agents at Compass. Our goal is to find the most collaborative and sophisticated agents to accelerate business growth for the whole group. From five-star off-site retreats to unlimited access to all of our Chirag Shah Coaching programs and resources, this elite group is our most beneficial yet.
How do I pay with my Compass 10x10 dollars or Marketing Budget?
STEP 1 Visit the Coaching @ Compass website
STEP 2 (optional) If you have never registered for Coaching at Compass (formerly) Compass Marketplace, find the REGISTER button in the upper right hand corner. Create a free account, using your Compass email. This will ensure any Compass 10×10 dollars are automatically linked to your account.
Note: Just because you have a Compass email address does NOT automatically mean your Marketplace login is setup.
STEP 3 Click LOGIN in the upper right hand corner and enter
your Coaching at Compass login credentials.STEP 4 Once logged in, navigate to the Chirag Shah Program of your choice, on this page: https://coachingatcompass.com/coaching-category/search-by-coach/chirag-shah/
STEP 5 Scroll down and click REGISTER NOW – this will take you to the checkout screen for this program.
STEP 6 If you are looking to use your Compass 10×10 Dollars, these should already be pre-loaded into your account and will be available to “apply as credit” at the checkout page. If you are NOT seeing your funds, please reach out to Compass directly at:
If you are looking to use your Marketing Budget, this is something that you will be reimbursed for. Work with your local Compass support staff or Sales Manager on how to submit your invoice for reimbursement. You will need to pay for this in full, ahead of reimbursement.

How do I get access to the resources?
Everything is located on our internal community platform! Regardless of which program you join, you will receive onboarding instructions on how to access the platform to ensure you can download all available resources.
What happens if I can’t make it to a session?
All group-coaching sessions are recorded and uploaded to our platform within 48 hours, allowing access to catch up if you are unable to attend. For 1:1 coaching, you would work directly with your coach for any scheduling changes.
