Is 1:1 coaching right for me?
Yes, if you’re ready to seize the future of your business by coaching forward, not backward. Our coaches are strategists and visionaries who have their eyes on the trends and issues that will affect your business tomorrow. Other coaches in the business tend to focus on fixing the problems in your past, while we focus on transforming your business for the future.
How does 1:1 Coaching work?
Our team will pair you with a coach who has the exact expertise you need right now. The first step will be a discovery session, where you will outline your business, goals, and aspirations. Next, you’ll set up your schedule of meetings, which can be flexible. Finally, you’ll do the work of transforming your business in each session by injecting the future into your business.
How long will it take to get my first session set-up?
Your first session is usually held within 7-10 business days after being matched with your coach. Ultimately you will select the schedule in partnership with your coach, to ensure both of your schedules are accommodated.
Do I have to commit to a certain number of sessions?
We ask that you commit to an initial contract of six months of coaching. That’s because science shows that it takes an average of 66 days to form a new habit or to substantially change your outlook. That’s why the first two months will be about breaking down your habits and business procedures and building new ones that align with your business objectives. The remaining months will be used to show you how to make your new habits and procedures second nature, so you walk away with real value from your investment.
What if my computer dies or I can’t attend a scheduled session?
We understand. Life happens. That’s why you can always reschedule a missed session. You will work with your coach directly for any rescheduling.
