Who is
Chirag Shah?
Chirag earned his stripes first as an agent, then as an independent broker, then as Compass’s director of coaching and training. He spent more than 15,000 hours training agents to leverage Compass’s tools. He even created the “Pitching Compass” program with Robert Reffkin, founder of Compass, which became the gold standard for agent pitches across Compass. Today, Chirag only works with Compass agents as one of the company’s preferred coaches.
